Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Shoes
Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
